Manas Kaziranga Tour

Day 1: Airport Pickup, Guwahati to Manas (160 km/4 hrs)

We will pick you up at the airport and take you straight to Manas National Park. Manas is situated in foothills of the beautiful Himalayan ranges in Assam. The hilly river Manas flows through the dense forest, which also acts as the border between India and Bhutan in some areas. Manas National Park is a world heritage site, a project tiger reserve and an elephant reserve as well. It is famous for wildlife species like one horned rhino, tiger, clouded leopard, gaur, Assam roofed turtle, golden langur, pygmy hog and wild water buffalo. The stay will be at a hotel in Manas.

Day 2: Manas Sightseeing (80km/8hrs)

On this day we will take you out for elephant safari of Manas in the morning. On the back of elephants, you will be taken to the interior places of the forest which are not easily accessible by foot or jeep. We will also take you for jeep safari of the park. The stay will be at the same hotel in Manas.

Day 3: Manas to Kaziranga (400km/7hrs)

From Manas, we will take you to Kaziranga. Kaziranga National park is a world heritage site, famous for one horned rhinoceros all over the world. Kaziranga witnesses thousands and thousands of tourists every year. Apart from the rhino, the wildlife of Kaziranga are wild buffalo, tiger, leopard, deer, hog, stag, elephants and migratory birds from different parts of the world. The stay will be at Kaziranga.

Day 4: Kaziranga Sightseeing (80km/8hrs)

In the morning, we will take you for an elephant safari like we did in the previous days. We will then take you for local sightseeing after breakfast. We will also take you for jeep safari of Kaziranga in the afternoon. We will complete all the local sightseeing of Kaziranga (including ethnic village, orchid garden, tea plantations etc) by the evening. You will stay at the same place.

Day 5: Kaziranga to Guwahati, Airport Drop (240km/5hrs)

We will pick you up from the Hotel and drop you at Guwahati airport according to your departure time with sweet memories of the trip with My Wildlife Safaris.
